Building on the foundation established by Miss Enid Justin, Fenoglio Boot Company was founded to honor the heritage of Texas bootmaking while embracing modern advancements in design and manufacturing.

For this month’s Employee of the Month spotlight, we’re proud to recognize a dedicated member of the Fenoglio Boot Co. team who has been with us for two years. During that time, he has continued to develop his craft and bring care and attention to the boots he helps produce every day.
One of the most rewarding parts of his job is getting the sole stitching to come out to perfection. It’s a detail that takes patience, skill, and a sharp eye—and it’s exactly the kind of attention to detail that goes into building Fenoglio boots right here in Nocona, Texas.
When the workday is over, he enjoys spending his time outdoors, especially fishing and swimming.
When it comes to Fenoglio boots, he has two clear favorites: Full Quill Ostrich and our Puncher styles. After two years as part of the Fenoglio family, we’re proud to recognize his hard work, craftsmanship, and dedication as our Employee of the Month!
